HOW IS REALTY MAINTENANCE & RENOVATIONS DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?
Realty Maintenance & Renovations considers our clients family, and we want to invest care into your project and/or home as if it was our own. We strive to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients and we want them to feel comfortable to call us anytime if they have any future problems.
WHAT IS THE RENT-A-HUSBAND SPECIAL?
Our Rent-A-Husband Special is perfect if you have a honey-do list that needs to be completed. Do you have guests coming into town for the holiday and need to do some touch-up painting or plumbing repairs? We'll send two of our qualified technicians out for $95/hour to take care of those light maintenance projects!
(Tip: If material is needed beforehand, it is helpful to our team if you already have it purchased and on-site. Ex: paint or a light fixture)

DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE?
Depending on the severity of the situation and availability of our team members, we do offer emergency maintenance services. We will inquire with you about what exactly is going on, and if it renders immediate attention and we have a technician available, we will send them to you. Sometimes we can provide assistance over the phone to help you remediate a situation temporarily.
WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?
We do not provide financing for projects. If a project is over $1,000, we do require a 50% deposit before project initiation with the remainder due upon project completion. Depending on the project size and contract amount, we can also arrange payment deposits in thirds.
